Terms and Conditions

1. Each Customer is entitled to win a maximum of one Prize in each Draw, regardless of the number of Eligible Transactions performed during the Promotion Period.

2. The Transact & Win promotion will run from 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021.

3. Motorist reserves the right to change and vary the prize at any time and may substitute any prize for an alternative prize of similar value without prior notice. The value of the prize will be solely determined by Motorist.

4. Motorist reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including the right to cancel the campaign in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant or winner.

5. Motorist accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, liability, injury or disappointment suffered by the winner entering the campaign or as a result of accepting the prize.

6. By accepting the prize, the Prize Winner agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Motorist from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the prize.

7. Motorist will notify prize winners through the chat feature on the Motorist App within 3 days after the end of each draw. Prize winners will be required to acknowledge the prize acceptance via the chat feature within seven (7) working days after receipt. Prizes that are not accepted within 7 working days will be forfeited. Prizes that are not claimed within 30 working days from the redemption date will be forfeited as well.

8. Motorist reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever. Motorist reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the campaign with or without prior notice.

9. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all reasonable marketing publicity as instructed by Motorist relating to the Prize prior to and after the collection of the Prize, which includes sharing a permanent and mandatory post on Facebook.

10. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Motorist’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained from Motorist’s offices or from www.motorist.sg. By continuing to participate in the campaign, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Motorist’s conditions of use of website and Motorist’s Privacy Policy.

11. These Terms and Conditions and the campaign shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

12. Entry to the campaign is personal to the entrant. No other person has the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of this campaign through an entrant’s entry.
