Motorist Has Crossed Its 1 Billion Dollar Milestone!

Motorist turns 7 this year! And when we celebrate, you celebrate as well!

Car Birthday Celebration

As a token of appreciation, Motorist will also be launching a new initiative called the “Car Birthday Celebration” in conjunction with our 7^th anniversary commemoration! As the name implies, you will be able to enjoy special discounts on automotive-related products and services, so you can pamper your car on its special day!

With Motorist being the first in the automotive industry to launch a campaign like this, Motorist App users can look forward to enjoying storewide discounts on Auto Deals, as well as any exclusive “Car Birthday” deals applicable for a period of 7 days starting on the car’s birthday*. This can also be enjoyed by owners of motorcycles and commercial vehicles.

Terms & Conditions

*The car’s birthday is determined by the vehicle’s “First Registration Date” (eg. if the “First Registration Date” is on 5/1/2020, your car’s birthday will be on 5 January.)

**Motorist users must have a valid and active vehicle added to their Motorist accounts to be eligible for this feature.

***Each deal can only be redeemed once per user.

1. Motor vehicles that are deregistered in the Motorist App will not be eligible.
2. Prizes will be awarded to the owner of the registered vehicle. The Owner’s NRIC should be registered with the vehicle.
3. For commercial/ rental/ leasing vehicles, e.g. belongs to a company or car rental company, prizes will be awarded to the director/owner of the company.
4. All disputes not specifically covered by these Terms & Conditions may be referred to Motorist Singapore whose decision thereon shall be final and conclusive.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, Motorist Singapore may in its sole and absolute discretion, decide on the rightful winner of the prizes.
6. Motorist reserves the right to change and vary the prize at any time and may substitute any prize for an alternative prize of similar value without prior notice. The value of the prize will be solely determined by Motorist.
7. Motorist reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including the right to cancel the giveaway in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant or winner.
8. Motorist accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, liability, injury or disappointment suffered by the winner entering the giveaway or as a result of accepting the prize.
9. By accepting the prize, the Prize Winner agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Motorist from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the prize.
10. Motorist reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever. Motorist reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the giveaway with or without prior notice.
11. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all reasonable marketing publicity as instructed by Motorist relating to the Prize prior to and after the collection of the Prize, which includes sharing a permanent and mandatory post on Facebook.
12. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Motorist’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained from Motorist’s offices or from www.motorist.sg. By continuing to participate in the giveaway, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Motorist’s conditions of use of website and Motorist’s Privacy Policy.
13. These Terms and Conditions and the giveaway shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
14. Entry to the giveaway is personal to the entrant. No other person has the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of this giveaway through an entrant’s entry.
