May 2018 COE Results, 2nd Bidding Exercise
In the 2nd bidding exercise for May 2018, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums saw a drop across the board, except in Cat E.
Premiums for Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW) fell by S$940, from $38,941 in the first bidding exercise for May 2018 to $38,001.
For Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW), premiums also went down, from $38,501 to $37,989 – a $512 reduction.
As for Cat C (Goods vehicles & buses), it saw the greatest dip across all categories, from $33,190 to $29,901 – a difference of $3,289.
For Cat D (Motorcycles), it went down by $89, from $7,204 to $7,115 – a reverse from the previous bidding.
The only increase came from the Open category, which saw premiums rise by $100, from $38,600 to $38,700.
