June 2018 COE Results: Premiums at their Lowest for 2018
COE premiums continue to decline in the 1st bidding exercise for June 2018. All categories, except Cat C, have recorded their lowest price for 2018.
Premiums for Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW) have dropped significantly from the last bidding exercise in May 2018. Currently priced at S$36,426, premiums have dropped by $1,575 – from $38,001 last month.
Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW) also saw a significant decrease in premiums. With a decrease of $1,989, Cat B premiums now sit at $36,000.
For Cat C (Goods vehicles & buses), it saw a negligible increase of $1 from the last bidding exercise.
As for Cat D (Motorcycles), the premium went down by $114, from $7,115 to $7,001.
Continuing the downward trend is Cat E (Open category). It saw a decrease of $1,700, from $38,700 to $37,000.
For your information, all categories, except Cat C, have recorded their lowest price for 2018.
