The Singapore Police Force is making special traffic and security arrangements to facilitate the 20th Shangri-La Dialogue from 2 to 4 June 2023 at the Shangri-La Hotel.

From 11PM on Thursday, 1 June to 5PM on Sunday, 4 June 2023, there will be no access to the road connecting Ardmore Park lamp post 8 and Anderson Road.

Motorists are also advised to avoid Anderson Road and Orange Grove Road, which surround the Shangri-La Hotel area. Access to Anderson Road for commercial vehicles that have license plates starting with G, W, X, and Y will be restricted.

They have advised the following:

  1. Use Scotts Road if proceeding to:
    1. Stevens Road from Tanglin Road; or
    2. Orchard Road from Stevens Road; or
    3. Balmoral Road; and
  2. Use Draycott Park or Draycott Drive if going to Ardmore Park.

If you are visiting the Shangri-La Hotel during this period, you are advised to carpool or take public transport due to the limited number of parking lots. Parking restrictions will be heavily enforced by the authorities.
