Off The Beaten Track | EP 1: Exploring Pahang's Hidden Gem, Bentong Farm
In the first episode of Motorist’s Off the Beaten Track, Malaysia presented by DirectAsia, our hosts, Jad, Beng, and Alista embarked on a thrilling journey to Bentong Farm in Pahang, promising excitement and adventure.
Their journey began with a lively conversation as they set off from Johor to Pahang. Alista surprised Jad and Beng by joining them, expressing her eagerness to explore the east side of Malaysia, which she had not visited much before.
After a long drive, the trio arrived at Bentong Farm, located just an hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur. Beng, excited to share this discovery with her friends, described the farm's offerings, including interactions with animals, fruit and vegetable farms, and more.
However, Alista confessed her discomfort around animals, but she bravely decided to challenge herself and explore the farm alongside Jad and Beng. They were greeted warmly by the farm's staff, who introduced them to the various attractions, including a vast array of local fruits and vegetables and a Malaysian Book of Records’ Biggest Durian Replica.
Despite her initial apprehension, Alista joined Jad and Beng in exploring the farm and even tried some local fruits, like limau bali (pomelo), under Uncle's guidance.
The trio had a blast exploring the farm, interacting with animals, and enjoying the beautiful landscape. After a fun-filled day, they reflected on their experience, expressing their satisfaction with the trip and looking forward to their next adventure.
The episode ended with the trio enjoying a hearty meal at a local restaurant, savouring the authentic flavours of Pahang and reminiscing about the day's adventures.
