[2024 Update] The Motorist Guide to parking offences in Singapore – LTA, HDB, URA
As we all know, Singapore is a fine city and you can get caught out by something as simple as parking. Follow this guide to know exactly what you can be fined for and how much by LTA, HDB, and URA.
We've previously covered the full list of all the traffic offences in Singapore that carry demerit points but there are still plenty of parking offences that only incur a fine, although the fines can still be hefty.
These fines may be doled out by a number of different organisations depending on the nature and location of the offence. These organisations are:
- Land Transport Authority (LTA)
- Housing & Development Board (HDB)
- Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)
Here’s a table highlighting every parking offence that you can be ticketed and fined for.
