ERP rates at 3 gantries to increase from 9 September
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be increasing Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates at three locations by $1 from 9 September 2024.
The LTA announced today, 2 September, that ERP rates will go up by $1 at three locations during three specified time periods from 9 September.
The revision in rates comes after the LTA concluded its regular review of traffic conditions in July which found increased traffic congestion at various stretches of expressways.
The three affected gantries are:
- AYE after Jurong Town Hall towards City (Set of 3 gantries)
- MCE Eastbound before exit to Central Boulevard and at slip road from Marina Boulevard (Set of 2 gantries)
- KPE (ECP) after Defu Flyover

All other rates at all other gantries remain unchanged. The LTA also noted that even with these adjustments, the number of locations and time periods with ERP charges is still lower than what it was pre-COVID.
The LTA added that it will continue to monitor traffic speeds and congestion levels to determine if any further adjustments to ERP rates need to be made.
