April 2019 COE Results 2nd Bidding: Premiums for Cars Went Up By Over $4,000

In the second bidding of April 2019, the Quota Premium for cars end higher once again. In this exercise, Cat A finished at $33,199, Cat B at $48,000, and Cat E at $52,410.

With 2,249 bids received, the Quota Premium (QP) for Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW) went up to $33,199, $4,040 higher than the previous bid of $29,159.

Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW) saw the biggest increase today. It got 1,634 bids and went up by $4,898, closing at $48,000 from $43,102 previously.

Cat C (Goods Vehicle & Bus) closed at $32,001 from $27,589 previously, an increase of $4,412.

Cat D (Motorcycles) was the only category that went down today. It went down by $49, from $3,501 to $3,452.

Lastly, Cat E (Open category) received 667 bids and went up by $4,201, ending at $52,410 from $48,209 previously.
