July 2019 COE Results 2nd Bidding: Premiums for Cars End Mostly Higher
The 2nd COE bidding exercise for July 2019 ended mostly higher for cars. Cat A closed at $26,667, Cat B at $39,406, and Cat E at $39,889.
Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW) closed lower from the previous exercise. It received 1,902 bids in total and went down by $1,922, closing at $26,667.
As for Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW), it received 1,677 bids and ended at $39,406—$5,406 higher than the previous exercise.
Cat C (Goods Vehicle & Bus) saw a drop of $490, going from $25,089 in the previous exercise to $24,599.
On the other hand, premiums for Cat D (Motorcycles) rose by $473, from $3,081 to $3,554.
Lastly, Cat E (Open category) received 751 bids and went up by $2,988 from the last exercise. It closed at $39,889.
