September 2019 COE Results: Prices Continue to Fall

The trend continues downwards in the first COE bidding exercise for September 2019. Cat A closed at $31,783, Cat B at $36,001, and Cat E at $37,912.

With 1,656 bids received, Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW) closed at $31,783, a difference of $134 from the last exercise in August.

For Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW), it received 1,289 bids and closed at $36,001. Similar to the last exercise, this was the largest drop at $2,601.

Cat C (Goods Vehicle & Bus) closed at $25,502, a difference of $999 from the previous exercise.

For Cat D (Motorcycles), it fell to $4,089, a $212 drop from August.

Lastly, Cat E (Open category) received 552 bids and saw a decrease of $2,090. It closed at $37,912 in the first exercise for September 2019.
