Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore (HMGICS) continues its cultural contribution to the food paradise with Na Oh’s delectable new spring menu.

The restaurant Na Oh opened in June 2024 as a special collaboration between HMGICS and Corey Lee, the first Korean chef to earn three Michelin stars. It is the San Francisco-based celebrity chef’s first eatery in Southeast Asia, on the third level of the HMGICS building at 2 Bulim Avenue in Jurong Innovation District.

Na Oh’s culinary philosophy is driven by a commitment from Corey Lee to bring a fresh option for Korean cuisine to a country renowned for its food lovers, and to offer fine-dining standards of meals and preparations in a casual family restaurant.

Said preparations include using carefully-selected fresh produce from the HMGICS in-house Smart Farm, where edible crops are grown and harvested by Hyundai’s team of green fingers and white robots.

The new spring menu by Na Oh brings the invigorating flavours and nutritional benefits of South Korea’s springtime dishes to tropical western Singapore. The taste of old-school Korean cooking in a modern cookhouse is turbocharged by the authentic sauces, which are fermented using traditional methods and aged naturally.

The Na Oh spring menu features a chilled-salad starter (Ginseng Chicken Naengchae) and a “restomod” dessert (Misugaru & Cherry Ice Cream Sandwich), with a choice of three main courses - Chilled Homemade Wheat Noodles with Crab & Brisket, Spring Vegetable Bibimbap, and Spicy Beef & Spring Leek Gomtang. There is also a vegetarian set meal option.

Na Oh in HMGICS is open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner. Reservations can be made at www.hyundai.com/sg/naoh.
