Have you or someone you know gotten into an accident but don’t know where and how to report your accident? We’ve prepared an extensive list of centres just for you!

It can be frustrating when you get into a motor accident, no matter how minor. Besides the physical pain, you could also get a headache just from the reports you’ll have to make.

One of the most important things to do after an accident is to report your accident to your insurer within 24 hours, or by the next working day.

If you don’t report your accident within this timeframe, you risk the chance of losing your No Claim Discount (NCD) or being unable to renew your insurance policy. We don’t want that, do we?

Here’s a list of every reporting centre in Singapore. Yes, it is very long (there’s more than 100!) but this is your full guide to accident reporting.

How to Make an Accident Report

Depending on your insurer, you will have a different list of approved accident reporting centres you can visit. Usually, these centres also double as workshops that will help repair your vehicle after the accident.

When you go down to make your report, make sure you bring along the following documents:

• Driver’s driving license
• Driver’s NRIC
• Copy of your Certificate of Insurance
• Police report (if any)
• Photos of the scene (if any)
• Witness reports (if any)

Some insurers allow you to make the accident report through the phone or online.

• AIG – online reporting here
• NTUC Income – online reporting here
