September 2020 COE Results: Premiums Close Mostly Higher For Cars
In the first COE bidding exercise for September 2020, Cat A closed at $37,766, Cat B at $41,510, and Cat E at $40,790.
With 1,737 bids received, Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW) closed at $37,766, an increase of $2,056 from the previous exercise.
Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW) saw the highest increase at $2,708. It received 1,715 bids and closed at $41,510.
Cat C (Goods Vehicle & Bus) also saw an increase in this exercise. It rose by $1,638 and closed at $26,644.
Cat D (Motorcycles) saw a slight decrease of $33, the only category that fell. It received 525 bids and closed at $7,399.
Lastly, for Cat E (Open category), it closed at $40,790 and received 672 bids. Premiums for this category rose by $2,680.
