February 2021 COE Results: Quota Premiums Plunges for Cars
In the 1st COE bidding exercise for February 2021, Cat A closed at $42,000, Cat B at $46,790, Cat C at $45,0001, Cat D at $7,506 and Cat E at $49,778.
Closing at $42,000 is Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW). It is now $1,501 lower than the previous exercise. It received 1,098 bids in total.
Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW) saw the biggest dip. It is $3,310 lower than the last exercise. It closed at $46,790 and received 1,107 bids in total.
Cat C (Goods Vehicle & Bus) closed this exercise at $45,001 and saw a whopping increase of $4,002. With 510 bids received, Cat C is the only category that saw an increase in this exercise.
Cat D (Motorcycles) saw the smallest dip at $83. It closed at $7,506 and received 705 bids.
Finally, Cat E (Open Catergory) took a dive by $2,122 from the last exercise. It closed at $49,778 and received 435 bids in total.
