Return & Warranty
- No returns or refunds after sale. Buyer are to self-measure and confirm that the item is suitable for your car before purchase.
- 1 to 1 exchange is applicable only if item is faulty upon receipt. Buyers are to contact the merchant immediately and provide photo/video proof that the item arrived faulty for assessment.
- Once assessed to be faulty upon receipt, 1 to 1 exchange has to be completed within 3 working days after receipt of item, at the merchant's location. Please contact merchant to arrange.
- Items that have been modified, mishandled or sabotaged by buyer do not qualify for 1 to 1 exchange.
- In the event that the item is out of stock, and 1 to 1 exchange is not possible, the merchant will refund the buyer for the faulty item, excluding delivery charges if any.
