Hi, does anyone know if I would get a fine if I had stopped at double yellow line just before the Parking Enforcement Camera of a drop off/pick up area for 1-2 mins? I did not alight nor drop off/pick up any passenger.

There is a possibility that you'll get fined, as stopping in double yellow line is not allowed. However, to check it further, you may enquire the fine through here: https://vrl.lta.gov.sg/lta/vrl/action/pubfunc?ID=EnquireOffence. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the fine to reflect.
