How do we know if we beat the red light or not but able to stop vehicle after the white solid line but before the dotted line, because there's a flash from the camera after I was able to stop my vehicle?

Hi Muhammad Ramli! To know whether or not you got fined, you may enquire through this link: https://vrl.lta.gov.sg/lta/vrl/action/pubfunc?ID=EnquireOffence. It usually take 5 to 7 business days to be notified and if your vehicle is registered in the Motorist app, you will also receive fine notifications etc.
