Hi, I'm driving a Vezel Hybrid 2017. Recently, I experienced a sudden gear loss and showed an alarm for transmission overheating I was in the middle of a traffic jam. As a result, my vehicle was unable to move. Seeking advice on how to proceed. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi Leow Chin Heng, sorry to hear about your issue. It seems like your transmission may have overheated, causing your vehicle to lose gears and becomes unable to move. It's best to contact a mechanic for assistance. If you're still unable to move the vehicle, consider towing it to the nearest workshop. You can submit a towing service enquiry via the App dashboard, under the Road & Valet Assist feature.
