Hi Subramanian Vairavan, thanks for your question. To get a refund for the stored credit value on your Auto Top-Up enabled e-Nets FlashPay Card, here are two options:
1. You can de-register the Auto Top-Up service at any NETS Top Up Machines or NETS Customer Service Centre. After 21 working days, you can perform a refund at any local bank ATM, and the amount will be credited directly to your bank account.
2. Alternatively, for balances of up to $100 per card, you can get an immediate cash refund at a TransitLink Ticket Office. If you prefer a deferred refund, you can submit your card at the TransitLink Ticket Office or NETS Customer Service Centre, and the remaining stored value and Auto Top-Up deposit (if any) will be credited to your account within 21 working days.
Please note that when you submit your card for a deferred refund, it will be cut up and retained. If you need a replacement card or want to cancel your account, make sure to notify your bank before submitting the card for refund.
