My VEP expired in mid-September 2024, but my road tax and insurance expire in October 2024. How do I renew my VEP? I understand that at least 6 months of road tax and insurance are needed for the renewal. I have written to JPJ but have not received a reply. Could you please assist me?

Hi Aris Chia, thank you for your question. To renew your VEP, you will need to renew both your road tax and insurance first. Once you have completed these renewals, please update all the information online via RTD’s official website at VEP JPJ.
