My VEP was rejected due to incomplete documentation. They need a certificate of vehicle insurance that includes the vehicle registration number and a valid expiration date. They won't accept receipts, cover notes, debit notes, tax invoices, policy schedules, or renewal certificates. Is the certificate of insurance the same as the certificate of vehicle insurance?
