Hi Badrul Tan! Generally, it takes 5 to 7 business days for a fine to be processed and for you to find out whether you have received one.
If your vehicle is registered in the Motorist App, you can check for fines by following these steps:
1. Open the Motorist App and navigate to the dashboard.
2. Click on "Show More."
3. Under the "Maintain" section, click on the "Traffic Offence" feature.
4. This will direct you to the AXS e-Station page, where you can inquire about vehicle fines.
