I received an email to renew my Malaysia VEP RFID tag, but just before the payment step, the portal says my TnG eWallet account is invalid. I’ve been using the TnG eWallet app without issues when driving into Malaysia. I reported this to [email protected] on August 24th but haven’t received a response. Can you help alert them, please?

Hi Tee Woon Giam, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, Motorist SG doesn’t have the ability to notify JPJ regarding your VEP application. However, to resolve the issue, please ensure your TnG eWallet is properly linked to your VEP RFID tag. You can do this by downloading and registering on the TnG eWallet app, and verifying your profile with the same NRIC and mobile number used for the VEP. If you need further assistance, you can also visit the VEP information center located in Woodlands.
