1) Company Vehicle VEP has not been confirmed. Can I enter Malaysia after 1st October using the VEP registration confirmation slip? 2) Is there a timeframe on when the VEP Company Vehicles will be approved? More context: Applied on the behalf of Company for the VEP of a Company Vehicle. It has been stuck on "pending for verification" for close to 2 months with no further information anywhere, tried reaching out to TCSENS to no avail.

Hi Gerome! We understand that the VEP application process can be overwhelming, especially for frequent JB travelers. However, please note that there has not been an official statement from Malaysia’s Ministry of Transport regarding the VEP application process for company-registered vehicles.
For further assistance, you can email [email protected] with a screenshot of your concern, along with your NRIC and car plate number.
Alternatively, you can contact the relevant authorities by emailing JPJ at [email protected], calling +603-7941-2888, or visiting the VEP information center at Woodlands.
For urgent help, you may also visit the TCSens VEP Centre in Danga Bay, Johor Bahru, as they are accepting walk-in inquiries until September 30, 2024.
