I have already applied for the VEP and received a confirmation email stating the application was successful. I also have the installation appointment set for 12 October 2024. However, I need to drive into Malaysia on 3 October 2024. Am I still allowed to drive in before the installation date?

Motorist SG does not handle VEP applications, so we are unable to provide specific advice on your situation. At this time, there hasn’t been an official update from Malaysia's Ministry of Transport, so we recommend keeping an eye out for any announcements.
For further information, you can visit the VEP info centre at 186 Woodlands Industrial Park E5, #03-01R, or email [email protected] with your NRIC, car plate number, and details of your issue.
Alternatively, if you require urgent assistance, the TCSens VEP Centre in Danga Bay, Johor Bahru, Malaysia is accepting walk-ins until 30 September 2024, from 9am to 9pm daily.
