Shuvo asked about On The Road
I'm a P-plate driver and I drive a 10ft lorry. I've entered this tunnel several times (heading towards Lower Delta and Keppel Road from Sentosa) even though I noticed a sign indicating that lorries are not allowed. However, one of our company drivers always enters and told me it's fine to do so.
could I face a fine or any other penalty for this mistake? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Shuvo! If there is a sign indicating that lorries are not allowed to enter a tunnel, it’s important to follow the restriction as it could lead to fines or penalties. These rules are in place for safety reasons and may be monitored by enforcement systems.
If you’re unsure about whether an offense has occurred, it’s a good idea to check with your company or the relevant authorities. To avoid issues in the future, always adhere to road signs and traffic regulations.
